About Owlery

Owlery is a seed-stage, Silicon Valley AI-native transportation management and logistics platform for shippers. Our founders were early builders at Uber Freight. We grew 3x last year and serve mid-market brands and large enterprises. We're building our Chengdu team.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, remote, Chengdu local hours (China Standard Time)
• Pay: RMB ¥23,000–¥32,000 / month
• Strong English reading and writing required. Docs, code review, and team communication are all in English.

Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Build, ship, and monitor production AI agents (prompt/tool design, evals). Every engineer at Owlery works on AI.
• Build core logistics workflows: quoting, tendering, shipment tracking, freight audit and payment.
• Build integrations with ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online), WMS, and EDI (X12).
• Work on our multi-tenant data platform and customer analytics.

Stack: TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB

Requirements

• Strong English reading and writing
• Several years of professional full stack experience shipping complete products
• Strong JS/TS and React/Next.js
• Solid database fundamentals (schema design, query performance). MongoDB is a plus.
• Able to work independently and debug across the stack
• CS degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have: LLM/agent experience, startup experience, logistics/EDI/ERP integration experience.
