我们正在拓展中国市场，寻找兼具 AI 应用开发能力与中国市场落地经验的工程师，参与大模型、RAG、语音及数字人功能的本地化。

职位信息

  • 工作性质： 兼职

  • 工作地点： 远程居家办公，须常住中国大陆

  • 薪资范围： 人民币 8,000–12,000 元/月，具体根据经验及约定工作量确定

  • 合作方式： 与国际化产品及技术团队远程协作，按约定优先级分阶段推进中国市场落地

  • 工作时间： 每周投入时间及跨时区协作时段面议

岗位职责

  1. 评估中国云服务及 AI 服务供应商，从性能、成本、可用性及落地需求等方面提出选型建议。

  2. 接入和优化适用于中国市场的大模型 API，例如通义千问、DeepSeek、文心、豆包或 Kimi。

  3. 优化面向中文内容的 RAG 流程，包括文档处理、向量嵌入、向量数据库及检索效果。

  4. 推进实时语音及视频数字人的本地化，对接中文语音识别、语音合成等服务。

  5. 与后端团队协作完成中国云部署，推进登录、支付、会议、短信、邮件和 CDN 等服务的本地化。

  6. 将 ICP 备案作为中国上线的重要工作，参与材料准备、技术配置、供应商沟通及办理跟进。

  7. 配合公司及专业顾问评估并推进适用的 ICP 许可证、生成式人工智能服务备案、算法备案等事项，承担相关技术支持与协调工作。

  8. 配合落实数据本地化、跨境数据处理及中文内容审核的技术措施；按项目优先级支持中国搜索引擎收录、SEO 和分析工具接入。

任职要求

  • 具备 ICP 备案实操经验，曾实际参与或主导备案，了解中国大陆网站部署与上线流程，并能够提供具体案例。此项为重点筛选条件。

  • 常住中国大陆，中文流利，能使用英语开展日常技术沟通。

  • 熟练使用 Python 和/或 TypeScript / Node.js，能够独立交付 AI 应用功能。

  • 理解并实际使用过 RAG、Embeddings 和向量数据库。

  • 具备大模型 API 集成经验，有中国大模型应用经验者优先。

  • 熟悉 Docker、Linux，并使用过至少一家中国云服务商。

  • 能适应远程及异步协作，在约定工时内管理任务、反馈风险并交付成果。

加分项

  • 生成式人工智能服务备案、算法备案或 PIPL 相关项目经验。

  • 中文内容审核、模型效果评估或云服务成本优化经验。

  • WebRTC、ASR/TTS、实时音视频或数字人项目经验。

  • 熟悉 NestJS、Django、Next.js、PostgreSQL、Redis 或 Weaviate。

  • 微信生态、中国搜索引擎 SEO 或教育科技产品经验。

As we expand into China, we are looking for an engineer with practical AI development skills and China launch experience to help localise our LLM, RAG, voice and video avatar capabilities.

Role Details

  • Employment type: Part-time

  • Location: Work from home; must be based in mainland China

  • Compensation: RMB 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed workload

  • Collaboration: Work remotely with an international product and engineering team, delivering the China launch in agreed phases

  • Schedule: Weekly hours and cross-time-zone collaboration windows to be agreed

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate Chinese cloud and AI providers and recommend solutions based on performance, cost, availability and launch requirements.

  2. Integrate and optimise LLM APIs suitable for China, such as Qwen, DeepSeek, Baidu ERNIE, Doubao or Kimi.

  3. Adapt our RAG pipeline for Chinese content, including document processing, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval quality.

  4. Localise real-time voice and video avatar capabilities through Chinese speech recognition and speech synthesis services.

  5. Collaborate with backend engineers on China cloud deployment and local alternatives for login, payments, meetings, SMS, email and CDN.

  6. Support ICP filing as a key launch priority, including document preparation, technical configuration, provider communication and follow-up.

  7. Work with the company and specialist advisers to assess and progress applicable ICP licensing, generative AI service filing and algorithm filing, providing technical support and coordination.

  8. Support technical measures for data localisation, cross-border data handling and Chinese content moderation; assist with Chinese search engine indexing, SEO and analytics integrations as prioritised.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience participating in or leading an ICP filing, plus familiarity with mainland China website deployment and launch processes. A specific project example is required. This is a key selection criterion.

  • Based in mainland China, with fluent Mandarin and English sufficient for day-to-day technical collaboration.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript / Node.js, with the ability to deliver AI application features independently.

  • Practical experience with RAG, embeddings and vector databases.

  • Experience integrating LLM APIs; experience with Chinese models is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Linux and at least one Chinese cloud provider.

  • Ability to work remotely and asynchronously, manage priorities, communicate risks and deliver within agreed part-time hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with generative AI service filing, algorithm filing or PIPL-related projects.

  • Experience with Chinese content moderation, model evaluation or cloud cost optimisation.

  • Experience with WebRTC, ASR/TTS, real-time audio/video or video avatars.

  • Familiarity with NestJS, Django, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis or Weaviate.

  • Experience with the WeChat ecosystem, Chinese search engine SEO or EdTech products.
