我们正在拓展中国市场，寻找熟悉中国技术生态与产品上线流程的工程师，加入国际化远程团队。

职位信息

  • 工作性质： 兼职

  • 工作地点： 远程居家办公，须常住中国大陆

  • 薪资范围： 人民币 8,000–12,000 元/月，具体根据经验及约定工作量确定

  • 汇报对象： CEO 及软件技术负责人

  • 工作时间： 每周投入时间面议，需与英国团队保持固定的工作时间重叠

岗位职责

  1. 开发、维护和优化 NestJS 后端，包括 API、PostgreSQL 数据库及第三方服务集成。

  2. 负责 Docker、CI/CD、云端部署、监控和故障排查，提升系统稳定性。

  3. 在阿里云或腾讯云部署和维护中国环境，优化中国大陆用户的访问速度与可用性。

  4. 重点推进 ICP 备案，包括域名与服务器配置、材料准备、提交跟进及问题处理。

  5. 将在中国不可用或不稳定的支付、短信、登录认证及邮件服务替换为本地适用方案。

  6. 定位生产问题、分析根因并推动修复，具体响应安排根据兼职工时约定。

  7. 参与每周产品会议，提交简短的进度、风险及下一步计划。

任职要求

  • 具备 ICP 备案实操经验，曾实际参与或主导备案，能够清楚说明项目背景、本人职责、办理过程及结果。此项为重点筛选条件。

  • 常住中国大陆，中文流利，具备英语书面沟通和会议交流能力。

  • 具备 3 年及以上 Node.js / TypeScript 后端开发经验，熟悉 NestJS 者优先。

  • 熟悉 PostgreSQL，具备数据库设计与性能优化能力。

  • 具备 Docker、CI/CD、Linux 及云部署实践经验。

  • 有阿里云或腾讯云项目经验，了解中国大陆网站上线和运行流程。

  • 能在约定的兼职时间内独立推进任务，及时沟通进度与风险。

加分项

  • 微信支付、支付宝、微信登录或小程序开发经验。

  • 熟悉 TypeORM、Stripe、Clerk 等工具或服务。

  • 了解《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）及 GDPR 相关要求。

  • 有国际团队远程协作经验。

As we expand into China, we are looking for an engineer who understands the local technology ecosystem and website launch requirements to join our international remote team.

Role Details

  • Employment type: Part-time

  • Location: Work from home; must be based in mainland China

  • Compensation: RMB 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed workload

  • Reports to: CEO and Software Lead

  • Schedule: Weekly hours to be agreed, with regular overlap with the UK team

Responsibilities

  1. Build, maintain and improve our NestJS backend, including APIs, PostgreSQL databases and third-party integrations.

  2. Manage Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting to improve system reliability.

  3. Deploy and maintain our China environment on Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud, optimising performance and accessibility for mainland users.

  4. Drive the ICP filing process, including domain and hosting configuration, document preparation, submission follow-up and issue resolution.

  5. Replace payment, SMS, authentication and email services that are blocked or unreliable in China with suitable local alternatives.

  6. Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement fixes, with response expectations agreed around the part-time schedule.

  7. Attend weekly product meetings and provide concise updates on progress, risks and next steps.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience participating in or leading an ICP filing. You must be able to explain the project, your responsibilities, the process and the outcome. This is a key selection criterion.

  • Based in mainland China, with fluent Mandarin and professional working English for written communication and meetings.

  • At least 3 years of backend development experience with Node.js / TypeScript; NestJS experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong PostgreSQL skills, including database design and performance optimisation.

  • Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, Linux and cloud deployments.

  • Experience with Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud and familiarity with launching and operating websites in mainland China.

  • Ability to work independently within agreed part-time hours and communicate progress and risks promptly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WeChat Pay, Alipay, WeChat login or Mini Programs.

  • Familiarity with TypeORM, Stripe, Clerk or similar tools and services.

  • Understanding of China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and GDPR.

  • Experience working remotely with an international team.
